Shipping Policy

At Nutty's Emporium we value our customers and like to think we offer great value for money so as a company we keep our prices the same across the spectrum whether at a venue, in a shop or on our website. This means that we have to charge for delivery on our website orders so we can carry on offering the best prices possible at our physical events and keep the prices the same across the company.

The delivery options we offer for our online purchases are:

Standard delivery - Received by customer in 2-5 working days and costs £3.50

Express delivery - Received by customer in 1-3 working days and costs £5.00

Envelope Standard Delivery - Received by customer in 1-23working days and costs £2.50

Orders that are not in stock will be completed within 5 working days then delivered using the customers chosen method. The customer should receive their order within 7-10 working days using standard delivery and 6-8 days using express delivery.

 

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days and will be sent via My Hermes or the post office. Nutty's Emporium makes no profit from delivery charges.
